The European client is seeking a Regional Sales Director to cover North Asia and SEA (excluding China) for their B2B industrial products company. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a commercial strategy, managing sales teams, analyzing sales performance, and leading market development plans. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of regional leadership experience in B2B sales, experience in P/L management, and Mandarin language skills are preferred.
