The Regional Management role is with an international player in the Transport and Logistics sector, and can be based in Kenya, Rwanda, or Dubai. The main responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities for large projects within the region, defining and implementing strategic plans, ensuring market intelligence and customer knowledge, and overseeing operational execution and compliance with HSE rules. The role also involves selecting, evaluating, motivating, and developing employees, formulating the annual budget, and monitoring sales and margins targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience at a top management level in East Africa with exposure to business development in the transport and logistics sector. Fluency in English is required, and French is advantageous. The role offers an expatriate contract and can be based in Kigali, Nairobi, or Dubai.
