The role involves supporting the leadership team in key HR initiatives and advocating for a progressive Employer of Choice in the region. The successful candidate will manage and lead the HR team across Greater China, SEA, Japan, and ANZ, conceptualizing and driving HR strategies to support growth and spearheading HR transformation for the client. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of leadership experience in a high-growth organization, with strong consultancy skills, the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
