Description

The Regional Director will be responsible for developing new business brokerage/sales activity by distributing various insurance products to agents, clients, and accounts nationwide. This will involve prospecting, managing existing producers, recruiting new producers, and developing a business plan to meet or exceed sales quotas. The Director will also maintain relationships with producers, stay updated on industry trends, and provide feedback on product marketing and customer service issues. Additionally, they will need to have strong technical selling skills, knowledge of life insurance products, and the ability to navigate the underwriting process.

The ideal candidate will have successful sales experience in the life insurance industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. They should have expert knowledge of life insurance products, experience in recruiting new producers, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent time management skills, and be proficient in basic computer applications. Travel may be required for this position, and having relevant certifications such as a life insurance license or FINRA securities registration is desirable.
