
The job involves managing and growing an FMCG client primarily in China and SEA, driving creative and production services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing financial performance, building relationships with clients, engaging key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating regional pitches. They will also be expected to drive a high-performing team, secure resources, update senior leadership, partner internally, coach and mentor team members, and ensure operational compliance and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in POSM, Print & Premiums, procurement of marketing services, and dealing with senior stakeholders. They should possess excellent operational skills, a track record of successful client and contract management, and the ability to anticipate and manage internal and external issues. The role requires someone who is customer-focused, innovative, skilled at relationship building, a team player, achievement-driven, and a team leader. The position offers the opportunity to be based in Shanghai with regional responsibilities and reports to the global HQ.
