
The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading strategic quality work to contribute to the long-term sustainability and profitability of our client. This includes building an integrated management system focused on efficient processes and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and railway safety legislation. The role involves both strategic planning and operational support, working closely with the Director of Strategy and Business Development to identify and develop quality and efficiency initiatives. The Quality Manager will lead a team and be based at our client's office in Solna.Key responsibilities include planning the quality unit's work to align with our client's goals, ensuring the management system is easy to understand and followed throughout the organization, and developing processes for systematic improvement. The Quality Manager will also oversee internal and external audits, act as the system owner for deviation management and documentation, and drive quality and efficiency improvements through workshops and problem resolution efforts. Additionally, the role involves training in our client's Improvement model, leading risk and impact analyses for process changes, and supporting the overall success of our client through effective quality management.
