The Provost and VPAA will be responsible for overseeing all academic programs, faculty development, and student success initiatives at The Provost and VPAA. They will work closely with the President and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the institution's mission and goals. The Provost will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the academic community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, strategic planning, and faculty development in a higher education setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students. The Provost must also demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing higher education today.
