The Provost is responsible for overseeing all academic affairs at the University, providing leadership and guidance to faculty, staff, and students. They work closely with the Presidents Cabinet to manage the University and ensure its commitment to serving a diverse student body. The Provost plays a critical role in achieving our client's mission of providing a comprehensive and inclusive educational experience, particularly as a Hispanic Serving Institution.In addition to overseeing academic units and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, the Provost is responsible for faculty selection, evaluation, and performance. They also analyze academic programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the University is meeting its educational goals. The Provost serves as the Executive in Charge in the absence of the President and plays a key role in addressing major operational issues within the University.
