The successful candidate will be an existing Operations Director, Industrialization Director, or Manufacturing Director with a strong technical background and a traceable record of Transfer of Work experience. They should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, experience in operating at a strategic level, and the ability to align business objectives with production strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a credible leader with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels, interpret data for automation implementation, and provide a high level of English and German.
