The Project Director role is a strategic leadership position within a highly regulated power company in Indonesia, focusing on the development of renewable energy sources such as solar. The successful candidate will oversee the entire process of solar photovoltaic projects, from concept creation to construction and commissioning, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while adhering to regulatory mandates. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in PV system management, with expertise in engineering design for PV systems and experience in overseeing large-scale solar PV projects exceeding 100 MW.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field, with a master's degree being advantageous. Certification in project management or renewable energy would also be beneficial. This contract role will be based in Batam and offers an attractive remuneration package, providing the opportunity to lead the largest PV project in Indonesia.
