Jerry McGrath, Partner, Caldwell Partners
Jerry McGrath is a partner in the New York office of Caldwell Partners, and a member of the Human Resources and Financial Services practices. His clients benefit from his more than two decades of both corporate and executive search experience, and his specialty in the areas of human resources, finance, marketing, general management and operations. Jerry joined Caldwell Partners from Korn/Ferry International, where he served as the client relationship manager for a number of the firm’s large global clients, leading executive searches across functions and industries in the Americas and in Europe.

Juliette Boone, Managing Director, HVS Executive Search
Juliette Boone is Managing Director at HVS Executive Search, a global human capital consulting firm which provides advisory services to leaders in the hotel, restaurant, gaming, and real estate industries. Practice areas include retained senior-level executive search & mid-management recruitment, compensation consulting, and performance management. Ms. Boone's experience is complemented with a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. Ms. Boone has completed a large number of retained executive searches, compensation consulting and performance management projects with leading hotel, restaurant and gaming organizations.

Matthew Healey, Director, CTPartners
Matthew Healey, a seasoned search professional, is a core member of the Global Human Resources Practice at CTPartners. Matt is responsible for search execution, client management, thought leadership, and components of internal practice leadership. Matt and the team collaborate with clients across an array of industries and sectors from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging, early stage companies.  Previously, Matt was a member of the firm’s Private Equity Practice where he executed significant recruiting assignments on behalf of some of the most respected investment firms and their portfolio companies.
