Peter M. Felix has been President of the worldwide Association of Executive Search Consultants, based in New York, since 1998. Mr. Felix is a former executive search consultant, who has had extensive experience in association management, in management consulting and in industrial management.

Andrew Kris - Consultant, Founding Partner, Borderless Executive Search
Andrew Kris is a seasoned search professional and business leader. Andrew pioneered the Borderless approach to transnational search in 1997 based on his extensive international experience. Andrew has found leaders for many of the finest corporations in the chemicals and life sciences sectors. His earlier experience includes senior executive positions on the Management Boards of one of the world’s largest industrial companies. Andrew led international units in life sciences, chemicals, plastics and construction products. 


Kate Quinn - Managing Director, Boyden
Kate Quinn specializes is senior-level hires including desk heads and divisional managers, sales, trading, and strategy, research and compliance. Her clients consist of buy- and sell-side institutions transacting globally across the capital structure. Kate is noted for her highly consultative and transactional approach to search which has enabled her to keep many of her core clients for more than a decade, successfully completing staffing mandates and bespoke research assignments. She has orchestrated noted team moves and helped build trading divisions of noted Global Investment Banks and Hedge Funds. Kate recently has expanded her practice to include Board and C-Level searches for Industry and Private Equity firms.
  Ross Woledge - Senior Consultant, Odgers Berndtson
Ross Woledge has a specialization in CFO and senior financial officer appointments and additionally serves industrial, consumer and financial services clients on a range of senior mandates. Ross has spent more than 10 years in human resources and executive search in roles based in Europe, Asia and North America. He began his career in graduate recruitment in the financial services industry, before moving to Japan to oversee standards and instructor development for three English language schools in Tokyo. In 2006, he joined the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) based in New York to manage the Campus training program which enhanced search delivery for executive search firms globally.
