According to BlueSteps' latest outlook report, 64% of executive search consultants have positive outlook for the executive job market this year.

In addition to this, 87% of executives said that they now feel positive (or neutral) about the executive job market. These optimistic statistics indicate that executive search consultants are predicting an increase in opportunities for executives in 2014.
