He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Board, representing Europe. With more than 20 years of international executives search experience, Georg Unger was previously a senior client partner for Korn/Ferry, based in London. Georg joined Korn/Ferry in 1994 and later became a managing partner of the office in Vienna and subsequently Global Leader of the Advertising and Marketing Practice.

Ronald Porter, Vice Chairman, CTPartners

Ronald's keen insights, based on 20 years as a HR executive charged with leading the full continuum of change in global corporations, provided clients with focused, substantive evaluations and recruitment of outstanding talent. Ron assists clients across industries in recruiting C-suite executives and brings specific expertise in building successful, diverse executive teams. During his 17 years with Pepsico, Inc., Ron introduced key initiatives resulting in a more progessive goal-focused workforce. Before joining CTPartners, he was Chief Human Resource Officer for the Polaroid Corporation. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Ron holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.
