Our client, an award-winning SME housebuilder, is seeking a Production Director to join their senior leadership team. The Production Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the Construction, Commercial, Technical, and Customer Service teams to maximize value and financial performance. This individual will also be tasked with maintaining and enforcing the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy to ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior management experience in the construction/housebuilding sector, along with relevant qualifications in Construction and Health and Safety. They should possess strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with fellow Directors. The Production Director will also need to have strong IT/systems skills and experience with ERP operating systems.
