The regional Principal & Vice President, Academic - British Columbia will be responsible for implementing our client's mission in BC, focusing on faculty excellence, student experience, and growth of career relevant programs. This role involves leading academic operations, building a high-performing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a student-centered campus culture, and engaging with external stakeholders. The Principal & VPA will work closely with the Dean of Business, Chair of Liberal Arts, campus registrar, student services, and central leadership to oversee academic operations and develop programs.Additionally, the Principal & VPA will chair the British Columbia academic Senate, be a member of the University Academic Council and Provost's Academic Leadership Team, and engage with alumni, government, accrediting bodies, employers, and the local community. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to advance our client's academic mission in British Columbia.
