The boutique consultancy is seeking a Principal Consultant for our client's Financial Services Advisory team to lead and manage the delivery of advisory engagements to clients. This role involves overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project closedown, as well as developing bespoke solutions to help clients meet regulatory and operational obligations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for business development initiatives, team leadership, and staying informed about regulatory developments in the UK financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of the UK financial services sector and FCA regulatory agenda, with proven experience in translating regulatory rules into practical solutions for regulated firms. Strong industry engagement, leadership skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels are essential for this role. The salary for this position is between 90,000 - 100,000 per year, plus bonus and excellent benefits, with the option to work in London or fully remote.
