The President at CHA will lead a team of 175 people and must focus on building a dynamic culture and fostering innovation within the association. Understanding the dynamics of member organizations and building strong relationships will be crucial in this role. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader who excels in a collaborative environment, inspires teams, and drives progress for children's hospitals and the families they serve.The base salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $650K - $700K, with additional incentives available. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the scope of the role, level of experience, education, and accomplishments. Candidates who exceed the specified qualifications and requirements may be eligible for additional pay.
