Our client is seeking a President & Chief Financial Services Officer to join their innovative, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery. The CFO will oversee strategic and operational finance functions, manage financial affairs, and play a critical role in our client's success and growth by developing and managing financial plans in alignment with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive financial management experience in a complex healthcare system, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to drive profitable growth through strategic planning and innovation.
Our client is the largest integrated healthcare network in New Jersey, with 18 hospitals and over 500 patient care locations throughout the state. The CFO will have leadership accountability for key functional areas including Financial Services, Revenue Operations, Purchasing and Materials Management, and the Investment Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of finance functions, experience in assessing merger and acquisition opportunities, and the ability to design and implement new strategies for profitable growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in finance, business administration, or healthcare. The CFO will be a strategic, innovative leader with a proven track record of success in financial operations within a competitive healthcare market.
