SES is seeking a new President/CEO for our client, Cardea, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing complex program, policy, and systems issues through community-centered solutions. The position is full-time and offers a hybrid work model. Cardea, formerly known as James Bowman Associates, has a 50-year history of prioritizing equity and social justice in their work. The organization's team, spread across various locations, focuses on national, regional, state, and local initiatives, as well as collaborations with Indigenous partners.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong commitment to equity and justice, as well as experience in advancing social impact evaluation and informing policy advocacy. They will lead Cardea in co-creating solutions that empower communities and transform systems. The President/CEO will work closely with the organization's geographically dispersed team to design data-driven approaches that address community needs and foster new insights.
