
Our client is a growing defense contractor seeking a President/CEO and Board Member to lead their US entity through a period of expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year business strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and driving growth through partnerships and business ventures. They will also have P&L responsibility, lead commercial business development activities with the US government and DOD, and ensure compliance with US Government Security Clearance standards.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, 15-20 years of experience in industrial sectors, and 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility. They must have a strong financial acumen, proven experience in driving business development and securing high-value contracts, and the ability to work strategically and tactically.
