CentraCare is seeking a dynamic and community-focused executive to lead as the President of CentraCare Willmar. CentraCare Willmar was established in 2018 through a merger aimed at enhancing healthcare services in the region, and has since grown to include multiple facilities and over 1,400 employees. As part of the larger CentraCare system, which serves ten hospitals and 30 clinics across central and southwestern Minnesota, the President of CentraCare Willmar will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and maintaining a strong financial position.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in healthcare leadership, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to community engagement.
