
The President will work closely with the Board of Trustees to set the strategic direction of the client, ensure the sustainability of their mission and vision, and represent the client to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of STEM education research, a proven track record of leadership in a complex organization, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
The President will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the client, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. They will lead a team of dedicated researchers, educators, and staff to achieve the client's goals and objectives, while also engaging with funders, partners, and the broader STEM education community. The successful candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others towards a shared vision of improving STEM education for all learners.
