The President and CEO of Holy Cross Health will report to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Trinity Health and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational direction to the health system. This role involves developing and executing regional strategic and operating plans that align with the overall system strategies. The President and CEO will lead the development of a viable regional healthcare ministry, ensure excellence in care experience and operational efficiencies, and capitalize on regional and system resources.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of senior-level management experience in an integrated healthcare entity or large health system. They should possess advanced business and executive leadership skills, as well as knowledge of current healthcare trends and practices. The President and CEO must be able to operate effectively in a collaborative environment, foster an organizational culture that aligns with our client's values, and have a passion for transforming healthcare delivery to achieve better health, better care, and lower costs. A Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related field is required, and a competitive compensation and benefits package will be provided to the selected candidate.
