Our client is seeking a President and CEO to lead the organization in shaping a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous greater Chicago region. The ideal candidate will collaborate with staff, Board members, and partners to operationalize our client's strategic vision and facilitate sustainable systems change. Responsibilities include ensuring strategic alignment, communicating our client's mission and achievements, cultivating external relationships for financial support, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
The successful candidate will embody our client's values and mission, be passionate about planning and policy, and have a track record of building trusted relationships. They will be an effective fundraiser and ambassador, able to communicate our client's priorities and position to a range of constituents. Additionally, the President & CEO will be a strategic and visionary leader, capable of articulating core priorities and leading a passionate team to execute organizational goals. The annual base salary for this role will be based on a range of $250,000 - $300,000 with a bonus, generous benefits package, and the successful candidate must be based in the Chicago region.
