Our client is seeking a Change Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team in either London or Manchester. The client is focused on making Britain more connected and is in the process of expanding its network to 30 million homes and businesses. The Change SME will play a crucial role in enabling the client to achieve its strategic ambitions by establishing an Enterprise Portfolio Management capability to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all initiatives. This role will involve owning best practice artifacts, supporting project delivery, advising on change management, and building and embedding change initiatives within the organization.
The Change SME will report to the Head of Delivery Standards and will be responsible for maintaining and evolving change management best practices, engaging with the project delivery community, providing expert advice on change management, and developing initiatives to help the business navigate and implement effective changes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Project, PPM Tools, implementing and improving delivery processes, project/programme management, analytical thinking, flexibility, a product mindset, collaboration skills, effective communication, and resilience. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with industry-recognized certifications, is required for this role.
