The Dean will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the School, working closely with department chairs, center and program directors, faculty, and staff to ensure the highest level of excellence. They will need to have an earned doctorate and qualifications that would qualify them for a tenured full professor position within one of the School's departments, as well as a strong academic record in teaching, scholarship, and service.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and be able to strategically coordinate and guide the efforts of various stakeholders within the School. They will need to have strong leadership skills, the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and a vision for the future of the School.
