The President will serve as the chief executive officer of our client established, responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and overall management of the institution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in higher education, with a commitment to the mission and values of a Catholic institution.The President will work closely with the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community stakeholders to advance the College's academic programs, student success initiatives, and fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. The President will also be responsible for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus, as well as ensuring the financial sustainability and long-term success of the institution.
