The Planned Giving Program Director will work closely with the Assistant Vice President of Development to secure resources for our client's strategic funding initiatives and strengthen connections with alumni, parents, and friends. They will lead solicitations for planned gifts of $100,000 and above, cultivate a diverse portfolio of approximately 120 prospects, and conduct regular face-to-face meetings to ensure successful donor engagement. The Director will also maintain knowledge of relevant tax and estate planning laws and promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of philanthropic leaders committed to our client's mission to produce health care professionals and biomedical knowledge that enhance and extend the quality of life in communities. This position is based on the campus in Lebanon, Oregon, with the flexibility for a hybrid schedule allowing at least 1-2 days per week in the Lebanon office. The ideal candidate will live within regular driving distance, including within the greater Portland, Oregon, area, to accommodate the required in-office presence.
