Our client, a growing company in the consultancy sector, is seeking a Retail Director to help achieve the organization's goals. The Retail Director will be responsible for establishing and enforcing retail culture, procedures, and standards. They will also create and oversee work plans for their team, as well as coordinate and supervise their activities. Additionally, the Retail Director will plan and conduct orientation, training, and development processes for sales teams, as well as create visual standards and monitor compliance.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 8 years in similar managerial positions. They must be a university graduate and preferably have a good command of English. Experience working closely with the Board of Directors is also desired.
