The People Business Partner (Workforce Strategy & Human Capital Transformation) role is focused on driving workforce strategy and human capital transformation within the client. This position will involve leading the Talent Acquisition function and serving as a key People Partner to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting and experience with large-scale human capital transformation projects, as well as strong data-driven insights and business partner expertise. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies aligned with long-term business goals, leading TA strategies to attract top-tier talent across multiple regions, and acting as a strategic People Partner for the CFO.
