The People and Culture Manager plays a key role in overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the school, including policy administration, compliance, talent management, recruitment, training, and performance management. They work closely with the Business Manager and Dean of Teaching and Learning to ensure that the workforce is supported and that HR programs are effectively implemented. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment for staff, as well as ensuring that all HR systems and processes are in compliance with regulations.The People and Culture Manager is responsible for driving engagement, recognition, and organisational development initiatives within the school. They also handle staffing support, industrial relations, and HR systems to ensure that the school's workforce is effectively managed and supported. This position is critical in shaping the school's culture and supporting the overall success of the organization through effective HR practices and programs.
