The P2P Process Manager position is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension, located in Basingstoke, Surrey. The salary range for this role is between 65,000 - 75,000. The main responsibilities of the role include leading global process improvement projects, managing business issues related to new process implementations, and ensuring effective P2P operations and partner expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong leadership skills in process improvement, and proficiency in leading IT initiatives related to P2P.
The P2P Process Manager will also be responsible for identifying training gaps, producing training documentation, and maintaining accurate process documentation. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring cross-functional process designs.
