A successful manufacturing SME based in Yorkshire is seeking a Board-level Operations Director to focus on people leadership and lean manufacturing to support business growth. The Operations Director will be responsible for end-to-end operational activity, including production, supply chain, design, quality, process improvement, and EHS. This role will involve developing a big picture strategy to support wider business goals, as well as being present on the shop floor to engage and support the team in optimizing processes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have senior leadership experience in Operations, ideally on the Board of an SME.
