The Operations Director at St. Pauls Leaskdale Church will be responsible for leading and directing various operational areas such as Finances, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Management. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to clarify vision and advance strategy, recruiting and empowering volunteers, and overseeing human resources functions including salaries, benefit packages, hiring procedures, and performance appraisals. The Operations Director will also be responsible for preparing the annual church budget, monitoring financial statements, overseeing building maintenance and usage, managing the church database, and ensuring the smooth running of the church office.Additionally, the Operations Director will be expected to lead out of a growing personal relationship with Jesus, model healthy relationships, practice personal spiritual disciplines, participate in a small group, serve regularly, give faithfully, and develop one-to-one evangelism relationships. They will also ensure appropriate onboarding processes for new employees, oversee the management of an annual financial audit, and champion the use of technology within the church. Overall, the Operations Director will play a crucial role in maximizing the operating effectiveness of St. Pauls Leaskdale Church and supporting the various ministries within the church.
