Opportunity Details
Our client is seeking a National Territory Manager with at least 4 years of U.S. military experience and bilingual in Spanish for a high-travel, international role covering national corporate accounts and territories in Central and South America. The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates living in California, Arizona, or Florida. The candidate will be required to travel throughout the territory, attend tradeshows and conferences, compile business-related expenses, and prepare detailed Territory Sales Plans. Quarterly visits to the corporate office in Wisconsin will also be required.
The compensation for this role is $120-175K On-Target Earnings, with a base salary of $95K and commissions ranging from $25-80K. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, be able to work with little supervision, and maintain confidentiality. This position requires a high level of travel to Central and South America, and the candidate must be a hunter with a proactive approach to sales.
