The National Sales Director Aftermarket opportunity is with our client, a manufacturer and distributor of lighting, electronics, and control systems for transportation markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the National Sales Director will lead a team of 20, focusing on revenue growth, team development, and overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive or transportation, with a background in aftermarket and distribution.
Responsibilities include sales execution, forecasting, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree, 10-15 years of sales experience in automotive/transportation, and strong leadership skills.
