Our client, North by Northeast Community Health Center, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Director who will connect the organization to the needs of the surrounding community. The ideal candidate will be a physician with a commitment to anti-racism and clinical excellence, embodying and representing North by Northeast's values both internally and publicly. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Medical Director will be responsible for furthering the organization's mission through its clinical programs and activities, crafting an equity-centered vision for North by Northeast's clinical work, and embracing the community.
Qualifications for the role include being a physician with the ability to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Oregon, possessing a M.D. or D.O., and being board certified in a primary care focused specialty with experience in outpatient management of common medical conditions. The annual salary for the position ranges from $220,000 to $250,000, with a relocation bonus available for candidates living outside of Portland.
