
The job involves being directly responsible for Argentina and leading the Country Managers of Brazil and Chile. The main responsibilities include developing operational and commercial strategies, implementing production processes, coordinating departmental actions, defining organizational structures and job scopes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and adhering to ISO regulations. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Business Administration is desirable, at least 6 years of experience in senior management positions within the electromechanical industry, advanced understanding of financial indicators, strong leadership and team management skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, and proficiency in English with intermediate Portuguese skills.
