Description
The client is seeking a Managing Director for their client, a startup nonprofit called Inspire Access. The Managing Director will be responsible for directing philanthropic capital towards for-profit companies led by women and people of color in order to close the gender and racial investment gap. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to business planning and management. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region.
