The Managing Director of Talent Development, Equity & Inclusion at the client will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the growth and development of staff and leaders within the organization. Reporting to the Chief People and Equity Officer, this role will involve creating and driving the client's philosophy and approach to talent development, with a focus on equity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving results, developing leaders, and launching ambitious initiatives.
