The main focus of this role is to lead the tender process for our client in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, with the goal of securing new contracts and maintaining relationships with current clients. You will be working alongside a team of six tender experts and two controllers within the Nordic Commercial organization, collaborating with various departments within the company to ensure the best possible outcome for both our client and the client in each procurement opportunity. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to win tenders, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts to maximize profitability.Additionally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, and staying up-to-date on industry regulations and standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tender management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
