
The Manager, Health-Care Provider Education Delivery will work closely with the Director of Engagement to oversee the U-First! program, which aims to provide training for health-care providers on caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment. This role involves building a new team, establishing procedures, and ensuring that our client can meet the learner goals associated with the program. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and promoting the program once it is up and running. Key responsibilities of the Manager include developing a common knowledge base, language, values, and approach to caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, as well as working collaboratively to create individualized support strategies. The Manager will also be tasked with overseeing the ongoing management and evaluation of the program to ensure its effectiveness in educating health-care providers. Overall, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring that health-care providers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment.
