The job is a strategic leadership role in a highly regulated energy company in Indonesia. The company focuses on the exploration and extraction of copper and gold, adhering to global benchmarks for corporate governance, sustainability, and environmental accountability. The Preventive & Maintenance Facility Manager will optimize maintenance procedures for physical assets, prevent issues, resolve problems efficiently, uphold quality standards, lead teams, and ensure compliance across infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager Facility & Services.
The successful applicant must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with a master's degree being advantageous. Certifications in Project Management, Maintenance Management, or Reliability Engineering are highly desirable. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in maintenance management roles within relevant industries is required, along with expertise in contemporary maintenance systems and predictive technologies. Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement related to maintenance services and equipment is also necessary.
