
A premier hotel group is seeking a General Manager for one of their luxury boutique hotel properties. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and business performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. This role requires relocation and offers a generous compensation package including a base salary of up to $215k, a 40% bonus, and relocation compensation, as well as benefits such as 401k with company match, tiered health insurance packages, paid time off, and paid holidays.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8 years of experience managing an upscale luxury hotel property with a minimum of 200 rooms. They must be willing to relocate and have the ability to oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events. The General Manager will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and further developing a team of hospitality professionals to ensure the success of the property.
