
Our client, a premier hotel group, is seeking a General Manager for one of their luxury boutique hotel properties. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving business performance. This role requires relocation and offers a generous compensation package including a base salary of up to $215k, a 40% bonus, and relocation compensation. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing an upscale luxury hotel property with a minimum of 200 rooms. They must have the ability to relocate and be able to oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events. The General Manager will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and further developing a team of hospitality professionals.
