
The luxury boutique hotel group's client is seeking a General Manager to oversee one of their properties, responsible for day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and business performance. The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of experience managing an upscale hotel with a minimum of 200 rooms and be willing to relocate for the role. The General Manager will be in charge of all hotel operations, including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events, and must be able to lead, motivate, and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
In return, the General Manager will receive a generous compensation package of up to $215k base salary plus a 40% bonus and relocation compensation.
