Our client, a family-owned company in Thuringia, is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the quality of their chemical and pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining quality standards, optimizing systems and processes, and overseeing audits and certifications. They will lead a team of 15 employees in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and act as the main point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a background in natural sciences or a related field, along with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries. Strong leadership skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a focus on team development are essential. Knowledge of GMP regulations and fluency in English are preferred.
