In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for shaping, optimizing, and maintaining production processes for metal products. The position involves leading various departments, including maintenance, automation, engineering, energy, and plant availability, with oversight of approximately 80 employees.
Key responsibilities include leading change processes, developing new technical solutions to enhance productivity, driving plant modernization, setting strategic guidelines and goals for the site, and overseeing CapEx projects. The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering or business, extensive experience in industrial maintenance or production planning, leadership experience, strong communication skills in English and German, and proficiency in data processing systems such as SAP and MS Excel.
