The Legal Director (Healthcare) will be responsible for providing legal advice to business leadership on existing and new projects. This role will collaborate with the international Privacy and Compliance Departments, external lawyers, and various departments in Turkey and abroad. Reporting directly to the SVP & General Counsel in Europe, with a dotted reporting line to the Managing Director Turkey, the Legal Director will serve as a key member of the client's board.
Key responsibilities for this position include serving as the point person for all legal advice, offering strategic and commercially focused guidance to the Management Board and various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing. The Legal Director will handle day-to-day operational legal, corporate, compliance, and litigation matters for the company. Additionally, this role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
